  These business would be the worst car repaired they I have ever had to deal with had my car for 7 months charged us close to 1thousand dollars and it came back worse than when it when in upon complaining about this with RACQ AND REPCO both said that they could do nothing because they only leant their name to businesses they had no control over the services that were provided in the workshop when my wife rang she was ignored every time we are still chasing an outcome with the final result still in the hands of Qcat would not take a lawnmower there to be repaired went to another mechanic car was fixed in five minutes he states he liked difficult fixes that would be so he could overcharge for not repairing the problem if this is the way REPCO AND RACQ do business would make me very wary of all their devices what a sham never again

  Worst mechanical experience ever. Avoid this place at all costs. Had my van towed here after it broke down on the highway by RACQ. Took them 2 months to tell me that the original issue they diagnosed was actually not the problem after all. Charged me almost $600 and my van is no closer to being fixed then when it first arrived. Terrible communication, I called every week and was consistently told it would be looked at in a few more days, they were busy etc. I took this further with RACQ and made a complaint so hopefully this will not continue happening to other customers. I would highly recommend paying the extra money and having your car towed/ taken to another mechanic rather than using this business.

  爛，拖很久又沒修好，重點不修就算了問題還沒解決隨便唬弄過去，收費也很高。 他們還會收背包客更高的勞力費。
