  A little expensive doesn't seem to clean as good as it did before there upgrade byt still cleans ok and nice to have the blow dryer now

  This is in response to the harmful post regarding the unhappy customer and the new automatic Car Wash experience some months back.I cant see how you used the old machine for years as it was only here for 2 years further more in the 12 months that I was here prior to putting in the new machine it was not working for 3 months of that year.As for the receipt we had to locate a new printer for receipts given the age of the unit it was difficult but we have managed to get a new one and it works like a gem. We also have someone on duty far more than other Car Washes usually from 8.30 am until 5.30 pm 7 days a week.I am shocked at such a post and its a shame you wont be back to give us another try.After the money that was spent to install a new machine and get up and running again it's a little unfair of the comments that were made.We have washed over 10,000 cars since the new machine was installed and are still going strong and will do for many years to come.

  First time using the automatic carwash since the new system was put in and it is terrible! A few seconds of water sprayed under, which stopped before I even got to the red light, less than 10 seconds of 'soap soak', poor water pressure that didn't get a single bug off my car or the cars behind me (I sat to watch to make sure it wasn't just me) and the blow dry sent my headlight protectors which haven't moved in 10yrs) clean off!! I paid $18 for this useless wash on my business credit card and the receipt didn't print out for me to claim the awful experience on my tax! There was nobody on site to speak to either, so hopefully this message will help them improve, but unfortunately I won't be coming back. The previous unit was amazing and did a great job, used it for years, such a shame.
